100 NIGHT GUARANTEE
We offer a 100 night guarantee on our mattresses. This means that if you aren’t happy with the mattress in the 100 night period, you can contact us during this period by emailing us at hello@stylabeckett.com.au and we will arrange a full return and refund on the purchase price.

The 100 night guarantee can only be used once per household. We reserve the right to request to see evidence of your residential address when you claim the 100 night guarantee.

When you contact us to claim the 100 night guarantee, we will first require you to try a firmness adjuster - on the house. This may be the difference needed to keep and love your mattress.

You will need to keep the mattress for 21 days before contacting us to request a firmness adjuster or claim the 100 night guarantee.

When you claim on the 100 night guarantee, the mattress needs to be in good condition. We reserve the right to reject any mattress which is dirty, mouldy or damaged.

We have a commitment to local charities. Any mattress which is returned to us will never be re-used for another sale.

RETURNS POLICY
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately on hello@stylabeckett.com.au We will arrange to send you a replacement mattress as soon as possible.PAYMENT
We require you to pay for our products when you place your order.


WARRANTY
We are so confident in our products that we offer a 10 year warranty which begins when you purchase the product.

When you use our products for their ordinary use and intended purpose, the warranty covers physical damage, major visual imperfections and manufacturing defects.

In relation to all products, our warranty does not cover any of:
- Fair wear and tear
- Damage arising out of use of a product other than its usual, ordinary uses.
- Damage caused by your acts or omissions, including, but not limited to, out of the ordinary use, cleaning, maintenance, treatment or storage
- If you or anyone you cause to handle the mattress causes damage to it when moving it.
- A defect which we informed you about when you purchased the product.
- Use of the product for anything other than domestic and household use

In relation to our mattresses, our warranty additionally does not cover impressions in the mattress of less than 10%.

If you sell or otherwise dispose of the product, any other person that uses or owns the product will not be able to claim on the warranty.

We are so confident in our product that our warranty goes beyond the consumer guarantees set by the Australian Consumer Law. Our warranty is not intended to exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you want to claim on the warranty, please let us know by emailing us at hello@stylabeckett.com.au with photographs of the product and a copy of your receipt. If the warranty covers the claim, we will cover the cost of picking up the product from your place of residence (provided this is in Metropolitan area).

PAYMENT
We require you to pay for our products when you place your order.

Terms of Visual Meditation Service

These Terms of Visual Meditation Service (the “Terms”) pertain to the products and services offered by Styla&Beckett Pty Ltd. (“Styla&Beckett,” “we,” or “us”), encompassing our websites, social media pages, and all associated platforms collectively referred to as the “Services.”

1. Agreement to Terms

Kindly review these Terms attentively. By accessing or utilizing the Services, you acknowledge that you have accepted these Terms, that they govern your utilization of the Services, and that you consent to them. Should you disagree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Services.

Eligibility:
To access the Services, you must be at least 16 years old. If below the legal age of majority, you may only use the Services with parental or guardian consent. Parents or legal guardians of minors are bound by these Terms and accountable for their ward’s activities on the Services.

4. Services and User Content Rights

Styla&Beckett Services Ownership:
Subject to the limited license rights conferred in these Terms, Styla&Beckett and its licensors retain exclusive ownership of the Services, encompassing all textual, graphic, audiovisual, and intellectual property elements. You must not manipulate, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Services, except for authorized use.

5. Warranty Disclaimers

Your use of the Services is at your own risk. Unless stated otherwise in writing and as permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” disclaiming any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your needs or operate without interruptions or errors.

6. Medical Disclaimers

The Services are for informational purposes and do not serve as medical advice. Styla&Beckett is not a medical provider and does not offer medical services or emergency care. Users are advised to consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns. Certain activities within the Services may not be suitable for all individuals. Use caution and refrain from engaging while engaged in activities requiring focus and attention.

You must not use the Services while driving, operating heavy machinery, or engaging in tasks that demand focus and concentration. You are entirely responsible for how you utilize the Services.

7. Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Styla&Beckett and its officers, directors, partners, employees, and agents from any claims, disputes, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

o Your use of the Services
o Your User Content or feedback
o Your violation of the Terms
o Your infringement of another's rights
o Your behavior related to the Services

You must notify Styla&Beckett of any third-party claims, cooperate in their defense, and cover associated costs.

Styla&Beckett will have control over the defense or settlement of any third-party claims.

8. Limitation of Liability:

Styla&Beckett and its affiliates will not be liable for consequential damages arising from the use of the Services.

Styla&Beckett's total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Services

These limitations are essential elements of the agreement between you and Styla&Beckett.

9. Governing Law and Venue:

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

10. Modifying and Terminating the Services:

Styla&Beckett may modify or discontinue the Services without notice.

Users can stop using the Services at any time.

11. Changes to Terms:

Styla&Beckett may update the Terms, and your continued use of the Services implies acceptance of the changes.

12. Other Terms:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Styla&Beckett and you.

Unlawful provisions will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible.

Assigning rights or obligations under these Terms requires Styla&Beckett's written consent.

Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
