100 NIGHT GUARANTEE
We offer a 100 night guarantee on our mattresses. This means that if you aren’t happy with the mattress in the 100 night period, you can contact us during this period by emailing us at hello@stylabeckett.com.au and we will arrange a full return and refund on the purchase price.

The 100 night guarantee can only be used once per household. We reserve the right to request to see evidence of your residential address when you claim the 100 night guarantee.

When you contact us to claim the 100 night guarantee, we will first require you to try a firmness adjuster - on the house. This may be the difference needed to keep and love your mattress.

You will need to keep the mattress for 21 days before contacting us to request a firmness adjuster or claim the 100 night guarantee.

When you claim on the 100 night guarantee, the mattress needs to be in good condition. We reserve the right to reject any mattress which is dirty, mouldy or damaged.

We have a commitment to local charities. Any mattress which is returned to us will never be re-used for another sale.

RETURNS POLICY
If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately on hello@stylabeckett.com.au We will arrange to send you a replacement mattress as soon as possible.PAYMENT

WARRANTY
We are so confident in our products that we offer a 10 year warranty which begins when you purchase the product.

When you use our products for their ordinary use and intended purpose, the warranty covers physical damage, major visual imperfections and manufacturing defects.

In relation to all products, our warranty does not cover any of:
- Fair wear and tear
- Damage arising out of use of a product other than its usual, ordinary uses.
- Damage caused by your acts or omissions, including, but not limited to, out of the ordinary use, cleaning, maintenance, treatment or storage
- If you or anyone you cause to handle the mattress causes damage to it when moving it.
- A defect which we informed you about when you purchased the product.
- Use of the product for anything other than domestic and household use

In relation to our mattresses, our warranty additionally does not cover impressions in the mattress of less than 10%.

If you sell or otherwise dispose of the product, any other person that uses or owns the product will not be able to claim on the warranty.

We are so confident in our product that our warranty goes beyond the consumer guarantees set by the Australian Consumer Law. Our warranty is not intended to exclude your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you want to claim on the warranty, please let us know by emailing us at hello@stylabeckett.com.au with photographs of the product and a copy of your receipt. If the warranty covers the claim, we will cover the cost of picking up the product from your place of residence (provided this is in Metropolitan area).
